Nobel Prize work
Euler-Chelpin investigated the enzymes and cofactors responsible for the fermentation of sugar. He purified cozymase and revealed its nucleotide character — the molecule now known as NAD — earning a share of the 1929 Nobel Prize in Chemistry with Arthur Harden.
